Privacy Policy

Qubiq is a EU-based software development studio. We operate this site and we are the ones who receive anything you send through it.

For anything in this policy — including any request about your data — write to hello@qubiq.cc and a person will answer.

Only what you choose to type into the contact form on this site:

• Name and email address — required, so we can reply to you.
• Company — optional, purely for context.
• Your message — whatever you tell us about your project.

There is no account to create, no payment information, and no hidden collection. If you email us directly instead, we hold that correspondence on the same basis.

This site sets no tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. We do not run third-party analytics, and there are no embedded trackers, pixels, or social widgets.

Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so simply reading these pages does not hand your details to anyone else.

We use what you submit for one purpose: to read your enquiry and respond to it. If we go on to work together, the same details help us run that engagement.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or feed it into automated decision-making or profiling.

Contact form submissions are delivered to a private channel that our team reads, hosted by Telegram. Telegram handles the message in transit and in that channel under its own terms and privacy policy.

Beyond that, your information is seen only by the people at Qubiq who need to act on it, and by the hosting provider that runs this site as part of ordinary service delivery.

We keep enquiries for as long as it takes to answer them and, where a conversation turns into work, for as long as our records of that work require. If an enquiry goes nowhere, we clear it out once it is plainly no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any point.

You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or hand it over in a portable format. You can also object to our use of it or withdraw consent at any time.

Email hello@qubiq.cc and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU or UK and you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

This site is served over HTTPS, credentials are held server-side only, and the contact endpoint is rate-limited against abuse. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us — though no method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
