Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of qubiq.cc. By browsing the site or sending us a message through it, you accept them.

They are not the terms of any engagement with us. Actual project work is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work, or services agreement. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

This site is here to tell you what we do. You are welcome to read it, share it, and get in touch. In return, please do not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
• probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with how the site runs, or deliberately overload it;
• scrape it at a volume that degrades service for anyone else, or re-publish it as your own.

When you send us a message, please keep it lawful, and do not include other people's personal data unless you have a proper basis for sharing it. Do not send confidential material before we have an agreement in place to protect it.

The form is rate-limited, and we may block submissions that look automated or abusive. What happens to a message once you send it is described in our Privacy Policy.

The design, copy, code, and branding of this site belong to Qubiq. You may not copy or reuse them beyond ordinary browsing and fair quotation without our written permission.

Client names, logos, and product imagery shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and appear here purely as references to work we have done. If you own one of these and would rather it were not shown, email us and we will take it down.

Project descriptions and figures — user counts, transaction volumes, timelines — reflect our records at the time of writing. They are provided for illustration and are not a promise of comparable results on any future project.

Links to client products and third-party sites are offered for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and its content may change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qubiq is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
